How do i retrieve my access key? - Guild Wars Forums

I've recently got back into the guild wars scene after a 7 month break to play World of Warcraft. During that time frame, someone managed to access my account and screw around with it. But because now there's a strong security lock hold, I can't seem to reset my password w/o registering my cd keys (which i don't have anymore) on PlayNC. So I was wondering if there was any other way i can access my cd keys?

if u cant prove ownersip or proof of purchase u are outta luck
